From the North
Take Route 93 South toward Boston and take exit 20B-A/Mass Pike (I-90 West)/S. Station onto Purchase Street toward exit 20A/South Station. Go about 1/2 mile. Continue on John F. Fitzgerald Surface Rd. Take a right onto Lincoln Street and the parking garage with be on your right.
If you are not parking, go to the end of Lincoln Street, take a right onto Summer Street at the light and go to the front entrance of 125 Summer.
From the South
Take Route 93 North to Boston and take Exit 20 (South Station/Chinatown). Stay in the left lane - take a left at fork (toward South Station). Remain on Surface Road through two sets of lights. Stay in right lane. After second set of lights, stay right at fork (toward South Station). Stay in the right lane. At the bottom of the exit ramp proceed straight through the light. Continue straight on Lincoln Street for .3 miles. The entrance to the parking garage at 125 Summer Street is on your right.
If you are not parking, go to the end of Lincoln Street, take a right onto Summer Street at the light and go to the front entrance of 125 Summer.
From the Mass. Pike
Take exit 24A (South Station) off the Mass Pike. At the end of the exit ramp, take a left onto Kneeland Street, then take the second right onto Lincoln Street.
Go straight through the second intersection, which is the Surface artery. The entrance to the parking garage is immediately on the right.
If you are not parking go to the end of Lincoln Street, take a right onto Summer Street at the light and go to the front entrance of 125 Summer.
From Logan Airport
As you leave the airport take the Ted Williams Tunnel to Exit 25 (South Boston) stay right. Bear right at the Yield sign to another set of lights. Take a right. At the second set of lights (very short distance) take another right onto Summer Street. Proceed for eight tenths of a mile and at the fourth set of lights take a left onto the Surface Artery. At the second light take a right onto Lincoln Street. The entrance to the underground garage at 125 Summer Street is immediately on your right.
If you are not parking go to the end of Lincoln Street, take a right onto Summer Street at the light and go to the front entrance of 125 Summer.

From Boston (Route 93 South) and Route 95/128
Take Route 3 South (follow the signs to Braintree, Cape Cod). On Route 3 in Hingham, take Exit 15 for Derby Street and at the end of the ramp, turn left. Then take the first right into the 175 Derby Street office complex. Burns & Levinson is located in the 2nd building on the right.
From the South and Cape Cod

Take Massachusetts Turnpike I-90 West to Exit 14, I-95/RT-128 [Weston Tolls]. Take I-95 North/RT-128 North ramp towards New Hampshire/Maine/Points North. Merge onto I-95 North/Route 128 North towards Waltham/Gloucester and take exit 27B (Wyman Street/Winter Street). At lights turn right onto Wyman. Take 95 North to Exit 22 - Downtown Exit. Ramp will fork - bear right and come to traffic light. At the signal go straight onto Memorial Boulevard. You will come to another traffic light at Exchange Street. Turn left onto Exchange Street. Take first right onto Stillman Street. Take first right to One Citizens Plaza.
