Experience:
Prior to joining Burns & Levinson in 2011, Mr. Leahy was an Associate at the law firm Skoler, Abbott & Presser, PC. His areas of focus include employment discrimination and retaliation, wrongful discharge, separation and severance agreements, non-competition and trade secret litigation, employee investigations and discipline, wage and hour issues, unfair labor practice charges and collective bargaining negotiations matters. Mr. Leahy also advises clients on complying with federal labor and employment laws, including the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, Title VII, COBRA, the National Labor Relations Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act and related state statutes.
