Patent Buddy, in cooperation with the Patent Research Review, a publication of Sunlight Research, recently announced the list. Out of approximately 30,000 registered patent attorneys, less than 2% were selected as Top Patent Prosecutors. Of those selected to the list, 11% are in-house counsel and 45% have patent registration numbers between 30,000 and 45,000, reflecting an experience range of about 15 to 25 years.
